And there was a pork sirloin tip roast.
So I sprinkled it with Penzey's Bavarian Seasoning.
Seared it with a little butter.
sliced enough mushrooms to make 3 cups
sauteed the mushrooms with some butter.
Dumped the mushooms over the roast in a warm crockpot.
Added 2 regular carrots peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces.
Sprinkled on Penzey's dried minced garlic.
sauteed 2 small onions in olive oil.
Deglazed with about a cup and a half of water and 2 tsp beef base (I should probably have used some less.)
Cooked on high for 2 hours.
Yum. Going to warm up some leftovers now.
